We offer same day pick up for our local customers on orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm est. (as availability permits). We ship Monday through Friday, and No shipping on Weekends and Holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after an order is received then your shipping method will apply. DUE TO COVID-19 OUR SHIPPING & PROCESSING MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL.

 

WHAT SHIPPING  METHODS DO YOU USE ?

We ship all domestic orders via FedEx & The United States Postal Service (USPS) with signature confirmation and insurance. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Orders have a 3-5 business day processing time. Standard free shipping estimated arrival is 3-5 business days after processing. Please be advised we do not take responsibility for package reported lost or stolen after a signature is recorded. Need it faster? Use our express mail option for a flat rate of 30.00usd allowing 1-3 business days for processing and shipping. Please understand this may not apply to all orders due to availability/ customs orders, therefore this time frame may vary. Feel free to contact us prior to selecting our express option so we can guarantee availability prior to you submitting a Express Order. Your patience is much appreciated.

 

IS TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE FOR MY ORDER?

Absolutely! As soon as the shipping label for your order is printed you will receive an email with detailed tracking information. Please remember it may take a few hours for the tracking information to update.
